- Fall Premiere: October 16, 2008 (tentative date - may change to a Saturday or Sunday Schedule) with Amelia Saltsman, Chef and Author of The Santa Monica Farmers Market Cookbook (please check back for updates on Fall dates)

Join us for a lovely and intimate evening with Chef Joseph Gillard who will provide a live cooking demonstration at Napa Valley Grille. Here's your chance to savor the amazing food at Napa Valley Grille and also meet their Executive Chef Joseph Gillard as he shares his culinary wisdom via a live cooking demonstration of organic and sustainable ingredients followed by a tasting of the dishes he has prepared especially for the evening.

General Admission Tickets are $75 per person
General Admission tickets can only be purchased online prior to any of the events in the Series. All tickets are non-refundable. General admission tickets to the next Green Gourmet event on August 20th with Chef Joseph Gillard are now available!
